George came to Indigo with a lifetime passion for Organic and Natural foods. He worked as a Chef for 10 years at restaurants such as Joe Fortes, as well as the Rocky Mountaineer Railroad Tours before starting his career in the CPG industry.  George travelled the world living in Jamaica, Florida, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, and Banff before finally settling in Vancouver to attend BCIT and obtain a degree in Sales and Marketing.  When George is not working, he can be found walking his long-haired Dachshund, enjoying the Vancouver culinary scene or planning his next cruise vacation with his wife.
