Tony has been a leader in the food industry since 1982, with a wide range of experience over the last four decades, including senior sales and marketing positions in multinational food companies including Canada Bread and Scott Paper. Tony’s expertise in building brands and building teams is invaluable at Indigo, as the company continues to expand across Canada. In his spare time, Tony enjoys playing the drums, singing in a 2-piece band, tennis, golf and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Outside of work, Jocelyne is very passionate about the outdoors.  She finds spending her free time hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking on the ocean and having great laughs with friends.  She truly enjoys living in her personal paradise of Vancouver Island.

With nearly 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, brand management and consumer packaged products, her passion for entrepreneurship and food have allowed her to evolve within manufacturing companies, in the dairy and cheese industry, then in organic, vegan and natural food distribution. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys home staging, visual arts, cooking, trying new recipes and enjoying nature!

Michael loves travelling with his partner Michael (yes, it can be confusing) and so far they’ve visited over 20 countries! Home base is beautiful Vancouver Island, which they share with their dog Ziggy Stardust. Michael is also a life-long supporter of the Liverpool Football Club.

He’s also a former student athlete at UBC, and can’t help his competitive spirit, often trying to outdo friends on the golf or tennis court.

With a passion for food and a belief that “we are what we eat”, Ariel is delighted to work with a team that values simple, delicious food. She has a Bachelor of Science specializing in Food Nutrition and Health, Food Market Analysis and brings her skills in product development, data analysis and process improvement to Indigo. Ariel enjoys cooking, especially with produce from her garden, as well as mountain biking, playing her ukulele, and bird watching.

Indigo’s company culture is what sustains my enthusiasm and motivates me to undertake the daily challenges of our face-paced industry. Some features include great communication and a friendly, respectful, close and supportive environment that feels like family. This is reflected in my relationships with my clients.
